A quiet 4.5 room apartment on the 2nd floor in the historic village center of Münster, which was recently renovated. The living space is around 140 m2 and is distributed over two floors.
On the lower floor there is the living area as well as a bedroom and the bathroom. This is equipped with a walk-in shower. A cozy corner sofa in front of the wood stove invites you to relax, from where you oversee the whole living area including the dining area.
The kitchen leads to the sheltered loggia, which offers a wonderful view of the upper Rhone Valley.
The second bedroom and a guest bed are located on the upper floor. It is unheated or it is warmed by the rising warm air from the lower floor.
A parking space is available in front of the house.
The apartment is very close to the cross-country ski trail, several winter hiking trails and the ski lift of Münster.
